Family or Friend

Family and friends, we’re here to help you, too.

If you care for a loved one who faces the challenges of aging or disabilities, we’ll work with you — and them — to make sure they get the services that are best for them.

We can also help connect you to services and supports that address your needs as a caregiver. Rhode Island has many state agencies and other organizations that understand the challenges of being a caregiver; they can offer helpful resources and vital support.

If you are ready to talk to an Options Advisor, click the “Self-Assessment” button below and complete the “MyOptionsRI LTSS Self-Assessment”. Once you complete all questions marked as “required”, the Submit button will appear for you to submit the self-assessment form. If you would like more information or to ask a question, you can call or email us using the buttons below.
