The Point, Rhode Island’s Aging and Disability Resource Center is a statewide resource that provides information and assistance to seniors, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers based on individual needs and preferences.
The Point offers person-centered options counseling to help Rhode Islanders understand the choices they have for long-term services and supports (LTSS). There are many services available across the state and we connect you to services you want and explain alternatives.
You can also get valuable information and assistance about:

- Resources for caregivers and their families
- Assistance with planning for Memory and Cognitive Care
- Access to public assistance programs such as Medicare and Medicaid, SNAP, Heating and Utility Assistance
