The Point, Rhode Island’s Aging and Disability Resource Center is a statewide resource that provides information and assistance to seniors, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers based on individual needs and preferences.
The Point offers person-centered options counseling to help Rhode Islanders understand the choices they have for long-term services and supports (LTSS). There are many services available across the state and we connect you to services you want and explain alternatives.

- Assistance with planning for Memory and Cognitive Care
